#1 Client Question
🤩I am smart. I have degrees. I am a problem solver. I’ve tried so many different ways to eat healthier. How come I can’t do this on my own?
❌Because it is so damn hard.
👉Whatever skill you have today, you had to study/practice/implement.
👉None of it came easy.
👉With many hard things that you have achieved in your life, you had a teacher/mentor/parent/friend/employer guiding you. They showed you the outline of where you wanted to go. They gave you tips to achieve what you wanted to learn. You learned, you practiced, you applied the information and became skillful
📣Learning new ways to eating healthier requires the same amount of support and effort.
😒I spent 1 1/2 years trying to figure it out on my own. I even thought I was doing an okay job. Then I worked with a wellness practitioner for 3 months and it escalated my knowledge and my ability to apply the principles to my life in a way that would have taken me 10 years.
📚Educated people are always learning from other people. Coaches have coaches. Mentors have mentors. The idea that we should be able to create big change on our own is an old belief pattern that can be discarded.
💪Empower yourself. Step over the threshold and try a new way to learn, grow, and shift your life.
