Project Break Free: Refined & Artificial Sugars

Overall Goals

  • Refine eating habits so you can optimize your body’s function on a cellular level.

  • Improve mental clarity, energy, and sleep.

  • Decrease mood shifts, brain fog, body aches and pains.

  • Eliminate refined and artificial sugars.

  • Eliminate or lessen additives and preservatives.

  • Eliminate wheat flour or become more selective of how you consume it. 

  • Learn what effect different foods have on your body.

What to expect from me:

  • To educate and create awareness around the ingredients you are consuming. Noting inflammatory ingredients such as refined sugars, processed oils, preservatives, and artificial flavorings/sweeteners.  

  • To encourage you to become aware of how your internal body feels after consuming different foods.

  • To help you identify what ingredients work best for you.

  • To teach you how to substitute ingredients.

How will we do this:

  • You will move through three phases over a 3-month period. We will meet twice each month to discuss your progress, frustrations, questions, and homework.


 

Project Break Free

Length of time: 3 months

Zoom Meetings: (6) – 1-hour sessions (2x’s/month):

-We will meet every two weeks to discuss strengths, challenges, and actions steps (aka homework).

-I am your personal resource. Between sessions ask questions, seek guidance.

-This is a journey of transformation that requires time and focus.

-Includes access to over 100 clean eating recipes that Andrea has put together and uses in her daily life.
