Eliminate refined and artificial sugars.
Eliminate or lessen additives and preservatives.
Eliminate wheat flour or become more selective of how you consume it.
Learn what effect different foods have on your body.
What to expect from me:
To educate and create awareness around the ingredients you are consuming. Noting inflammatory ingredients such as refined sugars, processed oils, preservatives, and artificial flavorings/sweeteners.
To encourage you to become aware of how your internal body feels after consuming different foods.
To help you identify what ingredients work best for you.
To teach you how to substitute ingredients.
How will we do this:
You will move through three phases over a 3-month period. We will meet twice each month to discuss your progress, frustrations, questions, and homework.
